East River Project/Development

I’ve been looking at townhomes in the area. Wanted to get peoples insight into this area and what their experience has been. I know it’s a developing area so it comes with its challenges but wanted to gain some perspective. 30M here, single, would be my first home. I’ve traditional lived inside the loop bouncing from midtown, EADO, rice military. Thank you!
