East End not “Eastside”

First off “Eastside” is channel view, Galena park, I-10 east area. East End is 2nd ward, Magnolia, Central Park Area.

Secondly, why do y’all want to move to a place where y’all aren’t sure if it’s safe or not? You can afford to live anywhere and yet choose an area you don’t have any connection to, or have any real reason to be there, other than, “…it would be kind of cool to live here”, or because you party occasionally in the area.

We live here because we couldn’t afford to go anywhere else, y’all live here for the novelty of the experience. There is a difference. Keep in mind that there are already people here, you didn’t “discover” some cool new neighborhood, it’s been cool.

The way y’all look at us has to the worst of it all. Y’all come to our neighborhood, live in gated communities (I thought y’all liked the neighborhood) and look at us like we don’t belong here.

I went to Dezavala elementary, my mom taught at Gallegos, and tijerina. My brother and I went to TBH as kids for music. I’ve been here my whole life. It’s just weird that y’all come from nice, safe areas, to live here and treat the natives like s**t. Lol History repeats itself I guess.

Usually y’all move back to Katy, spring, Clear Lake (whatever suburb), when y’all are ready to raise a family. F**k Gentrification.
