East End Cat Wranglers – where y’all at?

Houstonian homies:

The East End has so many stray cats and kitties. My wife has a huge heart and wants to help as many as she can. We feed a few regular cats and one mama in particular keeps on getting pregnant, like, 5 litters in 2 years.

We want to try and find homes for the kitties and mama cat in our area to the event possible. A few weeks ago, we noticed a few of the neighborhood cats were neutered and had part of their ear clipped, so I figured there had to be some community already doing this work in our neighborhood.

The ask: What resources do you know about for cat wrangling and/or resources to trap, neuter, return (NTR) cats in Houston/The East End?
