Early voting begins Dec. 2 for Missouri City District C runoff

The race to replace District C council member Anthony Maroulis, who didn’t seek re-election, continues in a Dec. 14 runoff election between Joanna Ouderkirk and Shad Bogany after City Council approved calling a runoff election at a Nov. 20 meeting.
