dumb question about seat geek and minute maid. dont upvote

I bought tickets, first time on seat geek for tomorrows game, and want to send them to my friend. i bought them on my account. it says its "not swappable" (not even sure what it means) as i understand from faq i did not receive actual tickets yet and they will come later from ticketmaster? and that time do i forward email to my friend to claim them? or whats the procedure. if somebody could help me out, i appreciate it.
