Dry manicure, e-manicure, Russian manicure recs

Hey Houston fam –

I love a good Russian and dry manicure and am looking for recommendations in Houston proper (sorry Katy) that can do a good mani and also some possible nail art… so creative with technique and clean.

I’ve tried OP Beauty and it really depends on the tech for the experience but haven’t had much luck with nail art.

Any suggestions?
