Drunk Driver. Shame on you! Just for some fast food?

I captured this on my dash cam, and I was on the phone with the police. I apologize however I accidentally had audio recording off, but I was giving turn by turn information to the police, who were less than a minute too late. Driver parked and got away. When she almost hits a black sedan I hit my horn, possibly preventing the accident.

Notable events:

Clip 1: Almost hits a black sedan at 1:54. I hit my horn which may have prevented an accident.

She triggers my collision detection system for slamming her brakes

At 4:42 she fails a left turn and turns into both the left turn lane of oncoming traffic, and the correct lane, with the divider in the middle of her car. Right after, she jumps the divider to enter a parking lot so she can get fast food.

In clip 2, she eventually makes it to a drive thru.

In clip 3, you can see At 3:09 she turns into her parking lot.

At 4:08, the first officer passes me.

Throughout the entire thing, she weaves in and out of her lane, almost hitting medians several times.

Oh note, you see me noticeably slow down at 1:15 in the first clip. I set my cruise control to keep me a much further distance away from the car in front of me, allowing me plenty of reaction time. This causes the car to slow down, then get back to speed.

The most annoying thing here is I am an Uber driver who also does Uber Eats. I was literally in your area. You could have just ordered Jack in the Box via Uber Eats or any other service. Fork you.
