Dr’s who are Nexus friendly?

I'm looking for a Dr (mostly a phyc or a neurologist or even a PCP) who are willing to write a Nexus letter for the VA. Seems like it's pulling teeth and any Dr within insurance willing to write one is even harder to come by. Willing to pay out of pocket within reason. In Houston or even surrounding area.
