Drones(?) flying above Webster/Clear Lake area the last week

Every single night I'm seeing huge drones flying above I45, all over Webster and clear lake and League City. They look like planes but they're literally suspended in mid air, and have red and blue LEDs shining out the side.

They're not small commercial drones.

Anyone else seen this/know what it is?
