Driving to Minute Maid

Been to several Astros games when in town for business, always staying downtown. Want to take my kid for a weekend series…he’s super easy, just wants to go to a couple of games and swim in the hotel pool. I’m aware of the pool at the Marriott downtown and plan to keep its existence unknown to the kid because I’ve found some super low point deals on hotels on the outskirts of town. So, which would be a less infuriating drive to/from the games, a hotel in Webster or Sugarland?
