Driving here sucks. Is there any hope it’ll get better?

• nobody uses blinkers
• passing on the right at full speed
• people tailgate on purpose on the highway at 70+ mph. If someone in front of me makes a mistake. We both will die.

I’ve been here 2 years and I go out of my way to avoid the highways here. I haven’t driven much during the pandemic but should I just be driving more often to acclimate or what?

Rant over. Any tips for driving here would be helpful. I’ve considered moving away and one of the biggest reasons is driving. I would rather stay in than go out anywhere because driving is insane here 9 times out of 10 I almost crash.
