Dream Lineup – Thoughts?

2. Dubon CF
3. Álvarez DH (L)
4. Bregman 3B
5. Brantley LF (L)
6. Abreu 1B
7. Tucker RF (L)
8. Peña SS
9. Maldonado

This lineup allows the alternating left bats that dusty wants (if not left alternating would put Brantley higher)

Justifications – I’m pretty sure everyone can get behind Altuve lead off, and Peña/Maldonado at 8/9 – Alvarez has been carrying the team so makes sense to put him in clean up at 3 – Tucker has been in a slump so that’s why moved to 7 – Bregman been a little off and I really liked him at 4 during the regular season – Dubon has been so reliable not only throughout the regular season, but also continuing into the post season. Him at second just makes sense to me – Brantley and Abreu fall at 5 and 6 to keep the alternating left bat order

Other notes – No Díaz because he hasn’t been good in postseason but can’t blame him due to inconsistent play – Same with Chas, his at bats have been not so good during the post season
