DraftKings completes acquisition of Tilman Fertitta’s Golden Nugget Online Gaming

The all-stock deal, which was valued at approximately $1.56 billion when it was announced in August, does not include the brick-and-mortar Golden Nugget casinos, which will continue to be owned by Houston-based Fertitta Entertainment Inc.
