Downtown Restaurant Recommendations?

Attending a concert at the House of Blues soon and want to eat somewhere downtown. We prefer something more casual and typically enjoy Tex-Mex, Steak, Seafood, or American food. Would appreciate recommendations of somewhere to give a try!
