Downtown parking help? Hints? Tips?

I'm starting a new job in downtown Houston soon and I was wondering if anyone had any advice for parking? I'll be working around Fannin and McKinney if that helps. I'm trying to find the safest and cheapest parking I can; and hopefully not getting lost as I do so. Thanks!
