Downtown Houston+ offering $750K in grants ahead of $12M promenade project beginning

Ahead of the $12 million Main Street Promenade groundbreaking in June 2025, Downtown Houston+ is looking for eligible retail stores and small businesses to extend retail space outdoors to increase retail activity and street-level vibrancy.
