Downtown Apartments/Condos

I will be relocating to Houston for my job. I will be working downtown business district and will be looking to rent/lease an apartment, condo, or townhouse within walking distance of the JPMorgan Chase building. It will just be me so I don’t need more than one bedroom…but not looking for a broom closet either. Trying to keep it around $2,500 a month. If anyone resides in an apartment/condo/townhouse near the JPMorgan Chase building I would love to hear from you and ask a few questions regarding the property.
