DOT warnings on commercial vehicles. (CDL Drivers)

I’m having a problem with the DOT warning sheets that you get when you get pulled over….they give you that warning sheet that you have to email the MCB that you fixed what ever warning you got butttt… my insurance is saying the are not getting that info that I emailed them even thought every time I email MCB they email me back with a confirmation email. Can anyone help me and see what am I doing wrong? My insurance is high because of this. Thanks
