Doris Metropolitan owners adapting to Covid-19 before opening Israeli restaurant next year

Hamsa, an Israeli restaurant from the creators of Doris Metropolitan, will open in Rice Village early next year. 

The restaurant at 5555 Morningside Drive was initially supposed to open this past summer but was delayed due to Covid-19. Co-owner Itai Ben Eli said that the restaurant will seat around 100 customers and will hire 35 to 40 employees.
