Don’t know where to go for possible concussion symptoms after car accident that is willing to bill my insurance….

You can read my latest post for the info but basically I was a victim of a 5 vehicle car wreck while I was stopped at a stoplight. The past few days have been a lot of phone calls. Was gonna get a rental through my insurance but they wanted me to pay upfront and get reimbursement but it’s too much $ at the moment soooo I called the lady’s insurance which was a smaller company I never heard of to see if they could provide me one, they took forever to answer and then the employee said the their policy was expired as of may 21st???? She wrecked 4 vehicles so that’s a whole other problem but anyways…

Allstate gives me up to $2500 for any medical expenses. I’ve had headaches since the day it happened (the 24th). I get nauseous and forget certain words and lose my train of thought easily. The first 2 days I was like ehhh but now Im getting concerned. My PCP doesn’t affiliate with any auto insurance companies so anyone know / have experience with this? Would I need to go to LBJ / Ben Taub? Urgent care? I know there’s no specific test for a concussion but Im assuming I should get checked incase 🙁
