Don’t forget this is a rebuild
– First of all, By having an expensive player who is sitting out, and, by the looks of it, is not becoming talent capital for anyone anytime soon. On top of that, compromising a large chunk of capital that could become quality on the field. I'm kinda of pissed off with the current CBA. The whole situation really exposes team owners. I don't like being on the owner's side, but this is ridiculous. You can't just sit out when you sign a contract. Do your job or f**k off.
– Tyrod's injury is exposing, and rushing the process with Davis Mills. A recurrent thing with Tyrod's career that we all decided to overlook.
– Tunsil's injury compromising the OL. This one was unexpected though. The OL is now back to s**t, can't create pocket time or gaps.
– A one dimension receiving team (Brandin Cooks).
– Several useless running backs (DJ, Lindsay, Burkhead).
– All these things are limiting Tim Kelly's play calling. I believe.
– DL should be pressing a bit more. I like the new blood though.
+ I love our linebackers Zach, Grugier, and Kirksey.
– The terrible backfield is exposing Lovie Smith's defense scheme. I don't think it is bad. Some people are saying it's outdated, but we really lack the talent to make it work. We could stick to the plan, and wait and see.
TLDR; The way I see it is that everyone on team is being exposed for different reasons (basically a poor team foundation), and We're forgetting that this is a rebuild (a long one). I'll try not to get pissed off with everyone that just got here.
