Donation challenge in honor of Wendy Lowe

We’ve had a lot of fun at the expense of the Rangers since Sunday, and rightfully so, but I keep thinking about how Nathaniel and Josh Lowe are both taking the field today with their mom Wendy battling cancer.

She's “going through chemo right now. She won't be able to make (the ALDS), but I asked her if it was OK if I said something, and she said yes because the more people that know, the more prayers that could be had for her," Josh Lowe told reporters.

The Lowes are from Atlanta. For every Lowe hit I am going to make a donation to the Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation, which provides financial assistance to Atlanta-area cancer patients. https://atlantacancercarefoundation.org
