Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library Availability in Houston

Are any other Houston households still receiving their monthly free kids book from the Dolly Parton Imagination library? I realized we haven’t received one in many months, way longer than normally expected. Sometimes they’re late or they miss a month, but normally we get a book in the mail every month. I looked up my zip code and a few other Houston zip codes on their website to see if I need to register again, and it says they are unavailable in my area. What changed? I know they partner with local organizations but that’s a huge blow to kids in the city of Houston if this was stopped. Anyone have any insight to this?
