Doggy Daycare- No Collars?

Can anyone provide recommendations for a doggy daycare facility that removes collars from dogs or does not allow collars on dogs during playtime?

I have seen that as a recommendation to protect against fatal collar accidents, but every single facility’s photos (that I have looked at) show the dogs with collars. Preferably in the Sugar Land/Stafford area but open to any area.
