Dog urgently needs a home

Found a dog that was actively being dumped on the side of the road. He’s a medium size dog, friendly, not aggressive, likes to cuddle. Please let me knowing if you’re still interested or if you have shelter recommendations. I’ve called a few shelters but haven’t had any luck.
