Dog training recommendations?

My girlfriend and I adopted a 7 month old medium sized (28 pound) dog two weeks ago. We have successfully trained her how to do the basics, such as using the bathroom outside and sit + lay down.

We have been struggling to control her temperament when it comes to things like barking whenever a neighbor opens/closes their door, and barking at other dogs + people outside.

Can anyone recommend a low cost trainer that can help with these issues?

P.S. I did search the sub for people’s recommendations, but most were outdated or it was mentioned that the trainer was high priced. I am looking for something in-person with a reasonable cost.
