Dog trainer for small dog that aggressively resource guards

He’s 1 years old and only around 7 Ibs but the resource guarding has become a big issue. I try to keep things off the floor that he shouldn’t have access to but when he gets ahold of something, he growls and bites down hard on whatever it is to keep it. He’ll also snap or bite if you don’t move your hand quick enough. I also try to trade with him but now he knows what my strategy is when I do that so he’s on guard regardless.

I want to have children someday soon and I don’t know how I’d keep him around if he’s not fixed. Any suggestions for local trainers that specialize in this behavior?
