Dog trainer for disabled pup

Hey y’all, we have a 4 year old dog who is in a wheelchair because of her back legs not working. Because of this being an issue very early on she’s been a little spoiled in that she always barks to get what she wants and it’s starting to become a problem. Whenever she wants to be somewhere else she starts barking.

When we go upstairs she will stand at the bottom of the stairs and just stare up and bark endlessly. Or when she’s in the room with us sometimes she wants to be in the other room with my brother in law. Things like that. And it doesn’t help that she has the loudest most annoying bark possible. We’ve tried to correct this a bit but feel like we’d like some professional help.

This is all to ask if anyone can direct me to a good trainer maybe near the cypress area. And possibly has experience with disabled dogs? Not sure if there’s a difference in training a disabled dog or not.
