Dog needs ruptured saliva gland surgery where to go

Hello i have a dog named freya she is 3 years old and a lab husky mix. She has a ruptured saliva gland on her throat. My vet told me to check out gulf coast veterinary specialist. I know its pricy but has anyone been there for this? Anyone know any places to go? Has anyone had this done on there dog? If so how much did it cost you and where did u go? Thank you
