Dog Mast Cell Tumor Removal vet recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations on a vet that does surgeries that are somewhat affordable in price? My dog was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor a few weeks ago and I’m trying to find a vet to do the removal surgery. The oncologist my vet referred me to wants $3k initial tests and then $5-6k for the actual surgery.

I’m in Houston proper but willing to drive up to 3 hrs if necessary.
