Dog groomers?

Just moved to Houston and my Australian Shepherd needs a summer cut. We try and vet groomers hard because of some anecdotal horror stories of people’s dogs being shaved or just groomers not knowing what to do with double coat dogs. We usually keep up on his maintenance but need a groomer for 2x/year or so. Any recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks!
