Does your school let you go to the restroom in the beginning 15 minutes of class and the last 15 minutes of class?

I'm in high school in Aldine ISD ( I don't remember if they were doing this when I was in middle school but I think they were) When we first get to class, no one can go to the bathroom until 15 minutes have passed. When there are only 15 minutes of class left, no one can go. I don't care what the reasoning is behind this. It's so messed up to make sure the kids get to class at a certain time but don't always give them enough time to use the bathroom.
