Does this mean Miami is trading for Watson?

Is this move Miami gearing up for another trade?

I understand the Texans wanted a "high pick" in return for DW4 but does this move actually make the Dolphins a stronger play for Watson? Now they are one of the only teams that can legit offer 4 four first rounders by next draft for Watson… not including any additional draft pick they throw in as icing on the cake. I always thought Miami was poised as the only team who could make the trade work roster and draft wise… wondering if anyone else thinks the same
