Does the area around NRG flood?

I just put my recently deceased father’s stuff in storage around there last week. I wasn’t ready to go through it, so there’s def stuff I will want in there. Should I be moving his stuff again, or bringing tables to set it on?

I know flooding is unpredictable and can be different every time, but any insight would help me. Thanks Houston.
