Does signing cooks and cobb make up for d hopkins?
Obviously neither guy is as good as hopkins. However, could the combined effort at least supplement the productions? cooks is injured prone and cobb hasnt been that productive the last 2 years.
Also, did the texans really make any other offseason moves, especially when it comes to free agency.
Carlos hyde is gone but david johnson came now. is it an upgrade? its hard to tell with his production wanning?
Overall, has this offseason be filled with positive additions, subtractions (losing great value), or evens out?
