Does Jubally still work for property tax protest?

I have heard mixed results. So before I fork over the money..is it actually still working. I do not owners who DIY typically get better results than firms statistically, but I have heard that HCAD basically just won’t even look at the Jubally report. They raised my the max 10% (of course) and I’m moving soon but keeping the property…so trying to keep it as low as possible before I lose my homestead exemption.
