Does Houston Parks and Recreation work on Sundays? Tree fell from a city easement on our house last night!

A dead tree fell into our backyard last night, nearly wrecking our house, but only took out part of our gutter. However, the tree is taking up the entire backyard and I’m currently unemployed and can’t afford to get it removed.

The tree was on a city utility line easement behind the house. I reported it to 311 but I’m worried that the city will drag its feet on this.

Anyone have any solid advice? Does Urban Forestry or Parks and Rec work on Sundays?
