Does Houston have Expensive Food Items like $50 Cotton Candy, $80 Fish Sandwich and more?

Just came back from a trip to Los Angeles, and I saw that they had so many crazy expensive food items. Like $100 Chicken Wings, $50 Cotton Candy, $100 Baked Potatoes.

I was wondering, does Houston have anything like that? Where the item in general is usually cheap but due to some gimmicks, it becomes super expensive?
