Does Fort Bend County have a 311, or something similar?

I am asking in this sub becuase r/FortBend is dead.

I am trying to get help with renters rights.

My A/C isn't cutting it, and i need some help because the apartment complex aint doing anything.

Ive been told to contact 311

I've called 311, and they said since i am in Fort Bend County, i cannot utilize 311.

The lady at 311 was nice, but did not know who to call in Ft Bend.

Ive called the Ft Bend County Office, and spoke to the operator, but they didnt know who to transfer to in regard to this.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
