Does anywhere offer free or low price COVID testing with results within 3 days? Needed for flight.

Some family is traveling abroad for very important family stuff and they need a COVID test within 3 days of the flight be allowed on board. Walgreens is no longer doing testing with insurance and is charging $250 for the same exam they used to give for free. Also these family members' insurance ran out on November 1st.

Does CVS or anywhere else do testing for free or a low price?
