Does anyone remember in the mid 2000’s a game in which (Garner?) accidentally pulled our starter because he forgot he visited the mound already?

On a wild goose hunt now over this, thought he pulled Clemens but looking at game logs and Google can’t find anything that matches up to what I’m talking about
