Does anyone know why the Lululemon flagship store on Drexel and Westheimer is taking so long to build?

I pass by Drexel and Westheimer all the time. The Lululemon store there has been under construction for what seems like several years. Does anyone have any actual information on why it is taking so long? I’m just curious.
