Does anyone know where this is from?

I had a person come and work for me about a year ago and he gave me the chicken 2 times. I’ve been trying to figure out where he bought it for about a year but I haven’t found it. I know it’s pollo asado but not sure where it’s from. If you have any ideas please help.
