Does anyone know where/how to get a free mammogram without insurance by the East End?

My mom is 55 and really wants to get a mammogram to make sure everything is alright. We are low income and don't have insurance, so she hasn't had one done in a couple of years already. We live around the east end and she would prefer not to have to travel too far to get a screening. Does anyone know of any resources, phone numbers we could call, places we could go to that could help us get her one for free or at low cost without insurance?
