Does anyone know where can buy smoked turkey legs same as Rodeo in Houston?

I bought one from Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo a few days ago, I really love that taste, and taste very dry, I bought one from Turkey Leg Hut before and it was wet, not the one I expect. Does anyone have some suggestions?
