Does anyone know the restaurant I’m thinking of? It’s right on the tip of my tongue.

I know it’s located up in North Houston around the Woodlands area. It’s a really nice, fine dining restaurant that’s like $150 per plate where the entire menu is just a list of random ingredients you selected. You selected the list of ingredients that you like and then the chef will prepare a full dining course based on the ingredients you selected. Idk of that’s enough info but I can’t remember much else.
