Does anyone know the real deal on the Chinese massage industry in town?

So there is a Chinese foot spa in my neighborhood (Oak Forest/Garden Oaks) and it is excellent. However, I’ve noticed that the most talented guys usually dip after about a few months to a year. Are they getting snapped up by better places that offer better pay in different parts of town, or are they likely leaving the business? I’d be willing to drive to a different place if I could get to these more skilled guys. They don’t use their real names so I don’t know how I’d follow them. Though the experience at my neighborhood place is usually pretty good, I occasionally do get someone who just isn’t as good as the top 3-4, and it’s a bit of a letdown when it happens.
