Does anyone know the criminals that live here?

Had some items stolen and tracked to this address: 1504 Ruthven St, Houston, TX 77019 It's in the Montrose area.

Unfortunately, cops can't do much of anything even though they/he are known thieves.

So please let me know if anyone knows the asshats that live here.
