Does anyone know of any libraries in the metro area that loans out video games and takes donations?

I've looked at the websites for Houston Public Library and Harris County Public Library and couldn't discern if they loaned video games. Anyone know if there are other libraries in Houston or the surrounding area that does? I would like to donate games after I've played them so that someone else could play for free.
