Does anyone know of any cheese-making classes in the Houston area?

I saw an ad for a class that teaches you how to make 3 basic cheeses. Thought this would be a fun thing to do with my niece & SIL. Clicked to see the cost and….it's in Hawaii lol. I did a search but can only find pairing classes around here. If anyone knows of anything, please let me know!
